System record maintenance including new hire setup, tax form processing, timekeeping input, benefits setup, terminations, garnishments, and other functions

Assist employees and managers with time and attendance issues

3+ years with recent hands-on Canada and US payroll experience required

Knowledge of UltiPro and Kronos strongly preferred

Prepare Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns for review by Payroll Lead/Payroll Manager/CFO

Answer payroll related questions from the field employees and/or Project Managers

Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

Manages large document review projects

Required: 0-1+ years of administrative experience

Preferred: Previous legal or compliance experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across various departments

Processes incoming agreements for approval

Previous experience with Salesforce, Apttus or similar contract management software (preferred), and DocuSign or e-signature tools.

Relevant and transferable experience at a Fortune 500 or large-scale corporation or law firm.

What The Senior Contracts Analyst Does:

Participate in special assignments and provide ad hoc support and reporting as required.

Knowledge of computer systems pertaining to accounting and financial management

This position reports directly to the Senior Disbursements Manager with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the CFO and Finance Director.

At least 8 years of experience in federal contracting

The Contract Specialist responsibilities will include:

Assistance with the development of statements of work/performance work statements

Negotiation of prices and contracts with industry

Preparation of contract files and supporting documentation

Processing benefit enrollments and terminations

Reviewing and reconcile local and state taxes and manage state registrations, as needed

Minimum 5 years of relevant multi-state payroll work experience

Global Payroll experience is a huge plus

Experience in processing and auditing multi-state payroll

Must possess strong analytical and accounting skills with an acute attention to detail
