Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with job posting and candidate sourcing on various platforms and job boards

Strong skills in candidate interviewing and assessment

Ability to work independently and remotely

Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations

Experience with applicant tracking systems

Experience working with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) (we currently leverage Workable as our ATS)

Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with Paro

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance

Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract or agency setting, with a focus on finance and accounting roles.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting positions, job market dynamics, and industry-specific qualifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Demonstrate ability to proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.

Will prepare and approve offer packages, providing equity & market competitiveness data research.

Establish partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.

Experience working in a global organization managing high volume requisitions.

Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.

Experience in managing requisitions within Taleo ATS preferred.
