You will provide company information to candidates and appropriately 'sell' candidates on the value proposition of the Masonite experience.

Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a track record of successfully filling a variety of positions.

Experience with Applicant Tracking software, Workday Recruiting experience, a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer focus

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines

This position however will be 100% remote work.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific requirements.

Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates at each stage.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on manufacturing recruitment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements (ie: availability, scheduling, open positions, candidate feedback etc).

Responsible for finalizing the offer process, inclusive of reference checks, compensation requirements

Work with careers inbox and ensure it is being managed

Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
