Advanced training or experience in performing statistical, financial and strategic analyses

Experience in a Healthcare environment (ideally hospital throughput improvement as this will be a primary focus)

Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt highly preferred

Senior Program Manager, Performance Improvement

Bachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in client service, management consulting, financial analysis, or process improvement

Must have strong organizational skills, analytical/quantitative skills, and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

High level of technical and analytical capabilities, skilled at decision-making under uncertainty, combined with a commonsense approach

Experience in Higher Education and associated administrative function (e.g. IT, budgeting, operations, research).

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and develop audit programs and procedures without established guidance

Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or willing to get one).

Project management skills and efficient with Jira, SNOW and smartsheets
