Coach site teams through deployment of Management Operating Structure routines

Daily direction setting, centerline management, rapid changeover, problem solving tools, clean-inspect-lubricate, defect handling, maintenance planning and scheduling

Partner in development of Management Operating Structure and coordination of integration for plant teams

Plan and schedule update meetings with senior management to review pain points and develop solutions

Strong leadership and program management

Manufacturing leadership experience (1+ years supervisory level)

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Certification preferred

Demonstrate knowledge of quality tools, lean foundation elements and change management.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with all organizational levels, including senior management down to the frontline caregivers

Leads large or complex projects leveraging advanced continuous improvement and project management tools within assigned area.

In lieu of Master’s Degree, 6 years of process improvement experience or a Lean Certification may suffice

Four-year process improvement or project management

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

Develops, manages, executes, and supports continuous improvement projects focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, Service, and People.

3+ years of experience in distribution or manufacturing environment preferred with exposure to lean and six sigma methodology.

Be a subject matter expert on NCQA standards and state-based regulatory requirements relevant to the program documentation and committee expectations.

Demonstrated experience creating and following a project plan and promote engagement from teams to deliver against considering competing priorities

Experience presenting and communicating with company partners

Demonstrated writing skills to create meeting documentation, including reports and minutes, using correct grammar, syntax and punctuation

Experience facilitating formal meetings and writing reports and minutes that are used for NCQA or regulatory evidence

Strong project management skills and experience as well as relationship sales skills are preferred.

Excellent organizational, time management, project management, analytical, problem solving, communication, and verbal & written presentation skills.

Work within the IT Change Management process to affect timely and complete implementation of system and process changes.

Identify opportunities and document technical system and process requirements to improve operational efficiencies and customer service-related global issues.

Undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred however, significant relevant work experience may commensurate.

Over 2 years of experience in a call center or consumer services setting.

• Strong project management skills and experience as well as relationship sales skills are preferred.
