Overview A Consumer Insights Specialist is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to help companies better understand their customers and the market. They also use data analysis tools to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business decisions. Detailed Job Description The Consumer Insights Specialist is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to help companies better understand their customers and the market. They use a variety of methods to collect and analyze data, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and market research. They also use data analysis tools to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business decisions. The Consumer Insights Specialist is also responsible for developing and executing research plans, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
