The Director must ensure that the school is providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students and that the school is meeting the needs of its students and the community. The Director is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising school staff, as well as developing and implementing professional development plans for staff. The Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the school and ensuring that all staff are following them. The Director must also ensure that the school is meeting all applicable standards and regulations. Skill Requirements The Community School Director must have strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Director must also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Qualifications The Community School Director must have a bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field. The Director must also have at least five years of experience in school administration or a related field.
