The Director must ensure that the school is providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students and that the school is meeting the needs of its students and the community. The Director is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising school staff, as well as developing and implementing professional development plans for staff. The Director is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the school and ensuring that all staff are following them. The Director must also ensure that the school is meeting all applicable standards and regulations.
