Experience working within a Customer Services/IT Support Management role.

Management of local IT support resources where appropriate

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:

Assist in management and upgrades of security certificates, patches, etc.

Cross-train with others on Infrastructure team to ensure proper backup of skills and abilities

Working knowledge of Information Protection, Data Governance and Compliance in Microsoft 365

Create/Manage user accounts in Active Directory

Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud computing platforms

High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience as an IT professional

3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer

What You Should Bring (preferred skills)

Demonstrable experiment in languages and tools such as Python, JSON, YAML, ARM, CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Git

Optimize, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure components such as Accounts/Subscriptions, networking, and security services.

Bachelor`s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a comparable qualification.

Previous proven experience with Cloud Native technologies within a public cloud environment.

Previous experience with AWS & Azure.

Fluent English & Strong German language skills are a must.

Supporting & Developing the Cloud Infrastructure.

Working with internal stakeholders in a result-oriented way.

Must have 2+ years in O365 management, development and/or design.

Must be familiar with PowerShell scripting, MS O365 administration, O365 security, MS tenant structures and networking cloud services.

Exchange (hybrid on prem and Exchange Online environments)

Office 365 architecture and administrative portals

Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.

Basic organizational and analytical skills.

Works with application teams globally to ensure their data is accurate and is continuously being updated and/or maintained

Ability to get certified in ITIL foundation

Ability to get certified as an AWS Cloud Practitioner

Assist with incoming deliveries in the absence of the stock room manager
