JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Talent Experience Manager role is within ProLink’s Workforce Solutions organization. This position partners with internal teams, clients, and clinical external talent on assignment to promote clinical excellence, engagement, and retention.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the development of ProLink’s clinical concierge model and services to achieve company and clinical objectives
• Serve as a resource throughout the organization and with clients to advance and improve the practice environment supporting clinical excellence
• Manage development of recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention programs, including the expansion and enhancement of existing loyalty program
• Utilize appropriate sources of data and technology to make decisions and proactively mitigate risk
• Evaluate and measure adherence to safety and quality standards, includes providing inputs for board reporting and follow up
• Support internal teams to reach engagement and fulfillment goals
• Improve and enhance visibility of talent retention data to drive action planning and achievement of desired outcomes
• Partner with Sales team to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for dedicated group of clients
• Participate in leader on-call schedule in partnership with compliance and support teams
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
• Current RN licensure in candidate’s home state
• Ability to travel at least 25%
• Evidence of career progression in nursing, education, and leadership in a healthcare setting
• Evidence of project design, implementation, and evaluation and a demonstrated ability to manage change while producing key business results
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, strategy, financing, and operations
• Demonstrated ability to work in an all-remote environment, showing independence and autonomy yet able to collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) as needed
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship with operational leaders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to include assessment of needs, negotiation, decision making, influence, change management, and conflict resolution
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, along with coordination of efforts among internal team members
• Adaptable to balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take accountability for deliverables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Exposure to healthcare concierge models and delivery methods
• Staffing industry experience
