Salary: $100,000 - $130,000


The Clinical Operations Director will develop departmental protocols, improvement goals, quality standards, and advocacy programs. They will supervise the Women's Health program, including provider schedules, curriculum development, and leading educational training. The Clinical Operations Director will prioritize departmental needs, develop guidelines for the department, and identify cost-effective solutions to challenges within the women's health department. Additionally, they will ensure exceptional medical care and treatment to patients.


The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in Women's Health. A Delaware Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician's License and 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a university or healthcare environment are required.
