Overview Client Support Specialist II Benefits is a position responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients regarding their benefits and other related services. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance and assistance to clients. Detailed Job Description The Client Support Specialist II Benefits is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients regarding their benefits and other related services. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance and assistance to clients. The Client Support Specialist II Benefits will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Knowledge of benefits and related services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• At least two years of customer service experience
