The Support Specialist will act as the primary second-tier support contact for Medaxion clients, troubleshooting device and application issues, and escalating as needed to appropriate team members. This role will also provide implementation consultation and training, engaging learners with varying skill levels. This involvement requires both remote and on-site customer support.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, education, information technology, or related fields required, or equivalent combinations of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities have been acquired
Experience:
• Training users or supporting users of software products.
• Experience with Healthcare EMR preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Clinical background or anesthesia practice experience is a plus
