Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a full understanding of internal systems and policies
• Schedule meetings, tasks, and events, and maintain calendars
• Assist with communication and liaising about the program and answering questions/providing additional information to our clients
• Entry-level communication with our client base
• Navigating through our systems and softwares

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communication, business administration, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields (preferably > 3 years)
• Long-term commitment to, customer service, communicating complicated circumstances to clients, and the ability to move efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Process and detail-oriented
• Ability to deescalate
• Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and technical skills
