BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.

Drive the new account process with prospects and clients to ensure a focused, efficient and excellent onboarding experience.

Demonstrate outstanding client service attitude, support and skills to ensure a top-notch, first impression of ICD.

Highly organized with excellent, careful attention to detail and follow-up skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of interpersonal skills to work with clients and business partners as well as across the organization

Project management skills and attention to detail, can lead a workflow from start to finish

1+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, or training roles in the past

Previous experience working with healthcare providers or in a healthcare setting with knowledge of basic medical workflows

Manage the onboarding of multiple practices at once, managing change and client expectations effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, love working with and teaching people

Startup experience (preferably early-stage) to demonstrate that you can thrive in our fast-paced environment and prioritize high impact activities

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare setting

Experience with athena products and services preferred

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Assess client needs and share best practice workflows and related documents to the client during the workflow development process

Collaboratively plan and execute on client training programs using existing tools and training processes

Attend and support client Go-Live activities including onsite engagements
