Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or client services.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.
Provide training/demos to clients on how to effectively use our fundraising platform, including system navigation, reporting, and campaign management.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Conduct basic needs assessments to understand clients' specific fundraising goals, challenges, and requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with clients at various organizational levels.
