Overview Claim Technicians are responsible for processing and managing insurance claims. They review claims to ensure accuracy and completeness, investigate claims to determine liability, and negotiate settlements with claimants. They also provide customer service to claimants and policyholders, and may assist with the development of new claims procedures. Detailed Job Description Claim Technicians are responsible for processing and managing insurance claims. Claim Technicians must be familiar with the insurance industry and the claims process. They must be able to interpret policy language and apply it to claims.
