Overview A Carbon Credit Specialist is a professional who works to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emissions released into the atmosphere. They work with businesses, governments, and other organizations to develop strategies to reduce emissions and to create carbon credits that can be sold on the open market. Carbon Credit Specialists are responsible for researching, analyzing, and implementing strategies to reduce emissions and create carbon credits. Detailed Job Description A Carbon Credit Specialist is responsible for researching, analyzing, and implementing strategies to reduce emissions and create carbon credits. They must have a thorough understanding of the carbon credit market and be able to develop strategies to reduce emissions and create carbon credits.
