Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.


Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Preferred - Understanding of challenges faced by low-income college students and their potential.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the academic year, with occasional evening and weekend work.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions when confronted with roadblocks.
  • Preferred - Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to write and deliver compelling outreach communications for Last Mile’s target audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology proficiency and hands-on experience with relevant social media platforms, databases, and project management software, MSFT 365 (particularly Excel), Salesforce, and Canva.
  • Expertise in end-to-end campus recruitment practices and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Ability to effectively work with a fully remote team including managing daily correspondence in Slack, frequently checking emails, and attending virtual meetings in a stable environment with the ability to be on camera as often as possible.
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating authentic relationships with key stakeholders such as deans, faculty members, and student organization presidents.
