Overview Call Center Customer Service Specialists are responsible for providing customer service and support to customers over the phone, email, or chat. They are responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. They are responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. They must be able to provide accurate information to customers, as well as suggest solutions to customer problems. They must also be able to handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
