Bounce Management oversees the operation of five Sky Zone trampoline parks in the greater Boston area. The Event Specialist acts as the voice and booking agent for all our locations! You'll preach our Awesome, Epic FUN model while answering guest inquiries and booking a wide range of events.
Job Purpose
The objective of the Event Specialist is to provide exceptional guest service and accurate information about the Sky Zone experience. Event Specialists schedule and book events (birthday parties, group reservations, corporate events, etc.) that meet the specific needs of each guest, while working to support park policy and goals.
Duties And Responsibilities

Job Purpose
The objective of the Event Specialist is to provide exceptional guest service and accurate information about the Sky Zone experience. Event Specialists schedule and book events (birthday parties, group reservations, corporate events, etc.) that meet the specific needs of each guest, while working to support park policy and goals.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage guest escalation and provide solutions for issues or concerns
- Understand and apply point of sale procedures using Sky Zone system
- Communicate special promotions, procedures, and programs
- Understand and describe event packages specific to each location, options for group bookings and court rentals
- Thoroughly document group communication notes for each event including policies/procedures
- Listen attentively to requests while determining the need of the guest
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures
- Communicate group information to facility managers when appropriate
- Must have excellent communication skills and sales mindset
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Must be positive, and reliable with an exceptional work ethic
- 1-2 years of prior guest service experience are preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Compensation; Hourly rate + incentives
