Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, etc.) to gather data, analyze it, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

3-5 years of Business Intelligence or Digital Analytics experience

Experience using a visualization tool such as Data Studio, Looker, etc.

Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions for tracking using Google Analytics or other Digital Analytics tool

Configuring and testing Epic‐released and Foundation System content for all applications, including: Reporting Workbench. SlicerDicer data models. Radar dashboards. Cogito SQL.

Creating content to display Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle. Writing SQL and configuring Radar settings for custom SQL metrics.

Modifying existing reports, as necessary. Distributing analytics content to data consumers. Reviewing peer reports for validity.

Working with subject matter experts to understand the needs of data consumers.

Maintaining the Analytics Catalog and associated metadata records.

Testing analytics build in a specified testing environment and volume testing in live environments.

Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management tools, employee surveys, and other relevant data sources.

Experience (2+ years) as an HR BI Analyst or in a similar role

Advanced skills in business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Visio, Tableau, or similar platforms and Microsoft Excel.

Hands-on experience using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) in Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

BS. degree in Engineering, Information Management, Finance, Mathematics or similar quantitative field

Advanced Tableau skills, including knowledge of Level of Detail expressions, parameters, and complex visualization types

Construct and manage data stores containing information about our organization's core business processes activities to provide meaningful business insights

Experience developing database objects focused on scalability, performance benchmarking, and data consistency guiding business strategy and decisions

Experience working directly with business and technology partners to understand objectives and articulate the impact of Business Intelligence solutions

Experience working with Google Cloud and BigQuery.

Provides information to management, Strategic Planning and staff on formal presentations.

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on quantitative and qualitative data concerning hospital and multi-care services, utilization and population demographics.

Provides internal and external strategic planning and market research databases to perform analysis.

Evaluates strategic business unit market performance through the use of benchmark data.

Familiarity with the following tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams like product managers, developers, and designers, ensuring a thorough grasp of product features and functionalities.

Experience in Salesforce.com a plus

Working knowledge of data modeling principles, data warehousing, data engineering tools

Four (4) yeas of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of higher education and experience

Four (4) years of SQL report writing, business intelligence experience or statistical analysis.

Experience in a report production environment with Excel and Access is essential.

Experience with custom reporting requests.

Independently and effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines.

Have an advanced working knowledge of reporting and analytics tools including SQL Visual studio, Reporting Services and Integration Services.
