Responsible for providing support to the analytics operations in building, implementing and maintaining a data driven culture within the Health System; work cross collaboratively to gather data, generate reports, and provide actionable interpretation of information to customers; present information to customers at all levels, including executives, physicians, clinical staff, peers, and external oversight/regulatory bodies; assist in developing comprehensive routine and ad-hoc reports to help drive business decisions; implement new and/or improved reporting processes to support strategic goals or key operations; utilize and apply knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL server, SPC, VSM, data analytics, regression analysis, business requirements/strategies translations, MS Project, KPIs, Enterprise Databases and shared data repository to perform assigned duties; fulfill customer data requests, coordinate deadlines, and work with management and senior team members to maintain timeliness and quality of data and reports delivery; demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining keen attention to detail, to ensure overall quality and accuracy of data reports and information.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Science, or a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree)
Training: None;
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Supply Chain/Inventory Analyst, as a Business Process Engineer, as an Industrial Engineer (Process Improvement), as a Demand Planning Engineer, or in a related occupation.
Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: Power BI, SQL server, SPC, VSM, data analytics, regression analysis, business requirements/strategies translations, MS Project, Enterprise Databases, shared data repository and Tableau.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience.
