Graduate level business education (MBA/CFA/CMA preferred)

Strong analytical (including advanced Excel skills) and problem-solving ability

Experience working in Production Controlling/Cost Accounting supporting a Manufacturing environment

Communications – strong communication skills.

Supporting relationships with leaders and those with operational responsibility to assist and facilitate tasks

Tracking progress and providing regular status updates to all Stakeholders

Support in overall delivery of Strategic Initiative Roadmaps

Contribute to production of documents, slides and other assets for board meetings, project updates, and other collaboration with the wider business.

Support PMO lead in communications initiatives to support understanding of program activities and interdependencies across the organization.

Significant program management experience on programs ranging from $1M to $100M’s

Experience establishing and managing budgets and targets end-to-end program management experience, with examples demonstrating successful achievement of technical/cost/schedule objectives.

Demonstrated strong strategic and critical thinking skills, understanding of financial tradeoffs, and effective risk management

Excellent teamwork skills; experience collaboratively scaling organizational capabilities to support business growth

Develop and support team in close customer, prime contractor, partner, and subcontractor relationships and understand current and upcoming needs and capabilities.

Develop and maintain close internal relationships to successfully leverage corporate capabilities in business development and program execution.

Keep the department on task and organized using Monday.com and other virtual platforms.

Coordinate the Outlook calendar for the department to include announcements, events, press releases, media advisories, key community events and the like.

Draft and send all press releases and advisories for Business Operations initiatives.

Responsible for the maintenance of all media contact lists.

Assist other department members as needed.

Primary media representative for HEATCheck Gaming, Jr. HEAT, Miami HEAT Dancers, and Golden Oldies.

Ensure the use of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures set forth by management

Strong Accounting/GAAP knowledge (5 years’ experience preferred)

$70K - $85K dependent on experience

Meet with department managers regularly to address receivables, expenses, sales, and ways to improve the business

3 - 5 years of Accounting experience required (preferably in an automotive environment)

3 – 5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting

Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive informed decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly desirable.

Lead and manage the overall accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Experience with dealership management computer systems (CDK preferred).

Provide support to all departments to help drive revenue, control expenses, and contribute to a premier guest experience.

Accounting degree or equivalent experience.

5 years’ experience managing the accounting function and leading the accounting staff of an automotive dealership.

Outstanding written, verbal and presentation-based communication skills.

Excellent analytical, forecasting and budgeting skills.

Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales, and finance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Masters preferred.

Five 5+ years' of accounting experience in manufacturing.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams, and Outlook.

Some traditional controller duties include monthly reports of results, forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning.

Ensure the accuracy of inventory using available data from production, shipping, and other activities.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management

CPA certification or equivalent experience

Manage the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Manage the budgeting and forecasting process

Previous as a Controller with experience (minimum of 4+ years) in an advertising, media, Management Consulting or technology company is preferable.

Coordinate and manage internal audits and external audits of our business units

Assist business unit client finance teams and assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Overall, this role will require a Minimum 9+ years relevant work experience.

Experience in public company environment and internal controls over financial reporting.

Experience in both accounting operations, (e.g., close the books), and technical accounting, (e.g., debits and credits)
