Business Group Controller Jobs in Ohio

Support Capital investment plans and ROI calculations working with site operations, marketing, product management and corporate teams.

Bachelor's degree -business, finance, accounting, or other related discipline

5+ years of experience (inclusive of 3 years in a financial leadership/FP&A/business partnering role)

Graduate level business education (MBA/CFA/CMA preferred)

Strong analytical (including advanced Excel skills) and problem-solving ability

Experience working in Production Controlling/Cost Accounting supporting a Manufacturing environment

Ensure the use of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures set forth by management

Strong Accounting/GAAP knowledge (5 years’ experience preferred)

$70K - $85K dependent on experience

Meet with department managers regularly to address receivables, expenses, sales, and ways to improve the business

3 - 5 years of Accounting experience required (preferably in an automotive environment)

3 – 5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting
