We are seeking to hire a trustworthy, ethical, responsible, and organized Controller. Currently, we have 6 retail stores and are planning for 10! Responsibilities - Controller:

• Ensure the use of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures set forth by management
• Oversee and review the financial statements
• Meet with department managers regularly to address receivables, expenses, sales, and ways to improve the business
• Train, supervise, and oversee office personnel
• Make sure reports are accurate and distributed to all departments in a timely manner
• Ensure all ethical, legal, and regulatory compliance initiatives are followed

Qualifications/Requirements – Controller:

• Autosoft Experience preferred
• Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provides for individual growth
• Strong Accounting/GAAP knowledge (5 years’ experience preferred)
• CPA (Preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of Accounting experience required (preferably in an automotive environment)
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Unwavering integrity
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Excel (database extraction, creation and use of complex formulas and functions, pivot table creation and maintenance, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• 3 – 5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
• Advanced communication & supervisory skills
