Basic Job description
• Title: Lending Analyst and Project Manager
• Full Time / Exempt
• Grade 12: Salary: $79,000.00 - $98,156.00 per year
• Reports To: VP of Lending
Responsibilities:
• Champion lending policies, procedures, and compliance, staying ahead of the curve with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Dive deep into loan data, identifying trends and opportunities to elevate our lending game.
• Craft and deliver insightful loan performance reports that drive strategic decisions and empower stakeholders.
• Be the ultimate partner for our vendors, ensuring due diligence and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
• Lead the charge on lending-related projects, taking them from conception to completion with precision and passion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unearth opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Stay on the pulse of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring Mocse Credit Union remains a bold and competitive force in the lending space.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that fuel performance, innovation, and growth within the lending department. • Inspire a culture of continuous learning and agility, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, we value experience and dedication just as much.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, or project management, with a track record of success. • Mastery of lending policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• A keen eye for data analysis and reporting, with an unwavering attention to detail.
• Proven experience in project management, juggling multiple initiatives like a pro.
• Stellar communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling you to thrive in cross-functional teams.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset, fueled by a passion for continuous improvement and learning. • A strong grasp of industry trends and best practices in lending.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with loan origination and management systems like Meridian Link and nCino.
