Broker Relationship Manager Jobs

Acts as the lead for broker events planning and management including broker advisory councils, information meetings and other outings/activities

Manages sales prospecting process, advising sales management on increasing prospecting effectiveness

Manage Book of Business, accountable for deep dive analysis to identify positive and negative trends on an on-going basis.

Manages direct mail campaigns and occasional temporary support staff needed for campaign outreach

7+ years of experience in related field

Demonstrate proficiency in providing business solutions, project support, some sales experience highly desirable

Maintains professional licensing and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and online webinars.

Develops and manages the External Sales Department’s budgets.

This position is an ongoing part-time role

The person in this role will be an independent contractor paid a monthly stipend

Review associated documents requiring Broker review or approval

Participate in weekly update meetings for status of accounts, reporting of issues, and provide guidance and oversight for issue resolution

3 years minimum of sales experience required; account management experience required

The Broker Experience Manager will be a critical member of a larger team with the following responsibilities:

Homes financed: 52,000+ projects funded for our customers across the country. 95% of projects have successful exits

Becoming a market expert on our competition and what different lenders are offering our brokers for financing

Minimum 3 years experience within non-QM real estate lending industry

Experience selling bridge fix and flip loans as well as DSCR rental loans required

You have trade fund management experience, and you're comfortable using data to drive the best promotion decisions

You have extensive broker manager experience

You have strategic customer relationship building skills, and you would thrive selling our products to national retailers

You have joint business planning experience, and you can quickly uncover customer needs to deliver winning pitches

You've been a people manager, and you know how to elevate team performance

4+ years of relevant CPG Sales or customer business development experience

5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare role that directly interacts with providers and payer partners

5 years of experience working directly with provider services

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Serves as primary point of contact for Intermountain Healthcare independent and/or career brokers

Conducting regular rounding in the field and optimize face-time with brokers

Design and execute engagement, training and events strategy plus marketing/communications mix to more effectively leverage Intermountain’s value proposition

3 - 5+ years of employee benefits and broker experience

Manage broker and customer relationships to effectively position LegalShield as a market leader in product and service.

Participate in first sale efforts including finalist meetings, implementation process, enrollment meetings/benefit fairs and related service activities.

Meet cross-sale deliverables by identifying existing one-product customers and relaying effective rationale for offering both coverages.

Meet customer retention goals by proactive communication and successful delivery of above listed responsibilities.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
