Broker Relations Manager Jobs

The Broker Relations Manager will be responsible for relationship management and marketing activities with our four payer partners in southern Nevada to drive Medicare Advantage growth. You will use a variety of sales, marketing and communication strategies to establish close working relationships with key stakeholders and drive partnerships that grow net Medicare Advantage memberships for Intermountain Healthcare.

• Identify and execute new opportunities for brokers to meet with providers and act as key liaison for Intermountain
• Set annual and event-specific targets for lead generation and prepare regular reporting to track progress
• Act as point of contact for payer escalated issues and follow through to resolution
• Conducting regular rounding in the field and optimize face-time with brokers
• Consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Intermountain’s commitment to superior customer service, including quality and care with every internal and external stakeholder
• Identify insights and feedback to develop enhanced value proposition opportunities to drive Medicare Advantage growth
• Design and execute engagement, training and events strategy plus marketing/communications mix to more effectively leverage Intermountain’s value proposition
• Serves as primary point of contact for Intermountain Healthcare independent and/or career brokers
• Uses, protects, and discloses Intermountain patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute on year-round Medicare Advantage marketing and growth strategy
• Review all broker-facing materials, recommend content updates and ensure all resources are accurate and up to date

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare role that directly interacts with providers and payer partners
• Sales experience helpful
• 5 years of experience working directly with provider services

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$37.23 - $57.46
