Accounts Payable: Handle bill payments and vendor management.

3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.

Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Business Administration, Financial management, or related field (required)

Review Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) submissions from educational support service vendors and compare to school allocations and allowable use of funds.

Experience in Microsoft Office applications such as word and excel (preferred)

Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks

Create inventory of approved reimbursement requests by item and enter into excel file for federal reporting purposes.

Communicate with nonpublic school representatives to identify remaining inventory of previous reimbursement requests and update tracking documents.

Develop systems and processes to help improve the client experience

Convert 50% of super warm leads that come in each week into sales, aka Raving Fans

Help us continue our relationship building and networking, including attending conferences and trade shows throughout the year

Take your prospects through their customer journey even after they sign their engagement letter

Help your colleagues with client service tasks as needed to deliver our exceptional customer service

Spend 2 hours of your paid time each month helping others

High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience

Maintains adequate staff levels by interviewing applicants and extending job offers

Communicates and works cooperatively with Store Director, other department managers and bookkeeping associates to maintain standards and exceed guest expectations

Assists all department associates with daily responsibilities while leading by example

Develops assistant department manager and/or department leads to prepare for advancement opportunities

Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations

1-2+ years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping environment is required.

Intermediate level of knowledge with respect to accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks On-line, MAS90, etc.

Must understand Payroll Calculations, Deductions and Reporting Requirements

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.

Must arrive at P&N offices or client locations in a timely manner and be ready to perform job responsibilities.

Data entry for bookkeeping clients, tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable and pay bills

Work closely with internal support teams to ensure best possible client experience

BA/BS in accounting or equivalent experience

A desire to help clients and give them a memorable client experience

Work with the client to gather both bookkeeping and payroll information

Have a basic understanding of GAAP principles

Thorough knowledge and working experience on Quick Books (QB)

Working with CPA and CEO on journal and general ledger entries.
