Overview:


This position will be instrumental in providing a superior client experience in accounting services.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the client to gather both bookkeeping and payroll information
  • Organize, prepare, and submit bookkeeping and payroll information
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Provide timely and high-quality client service to clients
  • Prepare and process client payroll, including confirming client’s own payroll processing
  • Work closely with internal support teams to ensure best possible client experience
  • Follow up with clients regarding changes in accounting rules and regulations
  • Data entry for bookkeeping clients, tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable and pay bills
  • Use personal discretion and judgment on preparation and submission of client accounting and payroll needs
  • Have a basic understanding of GAAP principles


Requirements


  • Proficiency using technology; must be able to quickly learn and effectively use various technology solutions
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • BA/BS in accounting or equivalent experience
  • A desire to help clients and give them a memorable client experience
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate as a team
