3+ years’ related experience, including management experience

Assisting in hiring, training and onboarding new bar staff while working in conjunction with management and floor leads.

Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred

Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment required

Manage inventory, supplier communications, purchasing as needed;

Strong knowledge of service standards and meeting goal/KPIs;

Excellent people and client engagement skills;

Perform additional assignments as requested by Management/Supervisory/Bar team

Manage trash removal in Bar and corresponding areas

Carry out all reasonable requests made by Bartenders, Managers and Supervisors

Previous Bar and/or Service experience a plus

Stock all liquor, beverage and other Bar supplies according to WCC procedures

Maintain liquor, beer, fruit and ice stock throughout shift, replenishing as needed and in a timely and efficient manner

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Anticipate guest and residents’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guest and residents

Work closely with the Training Manager assuring staff is properly and thoroughly traine
