The Food & Beverage Manager is a platform to join our highly skilled and recognized Food & Beverage team. This role can afford you the opportunity to grow and advance within the company. You will be part of a rock-star team.

Join us for this incredible opportunity at The Rooftop Bar, which is located in the iconic and charming downtown Oceanside. A snapshot of responsibilities guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, recruiting, leading and training of staff. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader. As a leader of others, the F&B Manager’s influence on the business and customers is driven by the ability to enable the team to achieve success. The expectation as a leader is to foster culture of care, develop the team, adapt and thrive with change and achieve our desired business outcomes and goals.

This is a salaried position ranging from $61,800. - $86,600.

Qualifications

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Understanding of financials and effective payroll control
  • Must be team-oriented, guest-focused and personable
  • A minimum of 2 years of Food and Beverage department head experience
  • Ability to push, pull, and carry a moderate amount of weight and ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
