College or professional playing experience

3-5 years of experience in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Operations or similar function.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to the audience.

Special event ordering (Spring Training/All Star Game/Post-Season/Brand Collab packages)

Servicing of our Charitable program for MLB athletes

Servicing of Fastpitch athletes under contract

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Good interpersonal skills and ease in relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds

Accounts payable – Work with the Finance team on field, umpire, awards (etc.) invoices

Experience managing day-to-day operations of running a league and/or tournament preferred

Excellent customer service skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

15% Responsible for the supervision of student managers. Responsible for hiring, scheduling and oversees the work.

Work with Program Manager to mentor and develop Instructors and Coaching staff.

Assisting Program Manager in completing administrative tasks, timelines, and other day-to day-operations with Program and PoweredBy teams

Participate in any other activities MTC offers throughout the year.

Assist Program Manager in staff training, and curriculum meetings.

Assist in the planning and implementation of all baseball instruction including workouts, camps, clinics, gameplay, etc.

Assist the Coordinator, Baseball Instruction in selecting players for travel teams, showcases, camps, etc.
