Business Analyst / Project Manager, AVP

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Business Analyst / Project Manager, AVP in New York, NY (multiple positions available):

Develop and drive to project plans for multiple initiatives - both process and technology-related - in parallel

Ensure that information relevant to the team is communicated promptly, thoroughly and via the most appropriate channel

What will you be doing?

Strong business development, client engagement and relationship management skills including account rounding, and retention relationship management, and business development skills.

Support the overall strategic management of the key broker relationships.

Actively manage meeting calendars, agendas and follow ups with our key agency partners.

Interact and develop relationships with each key broker's "relationship manager."

Experience with databases and information management

Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount

Interface with global Relationship Managers to ensure suppliers are consistent with resource and location strategy

Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data

5-8 years of relevant experience

Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas

Experience in creating meaningful and digestible presentations for senior management

Coordinate MS@Work program management with our partners focusing on B2C connections for our stock plan clients

Manage and deliver strategic initiatives and projects related to growth and process efficiency

3-5 years of work experience in Financial Services, Consulting and/or business strategy related fields

Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional initiatives

Experience with reporting & forecasting

Written: Developing high impact, executive level presentations for various updates, strategic and initiative management presentations.

Advanced knowledge of data applications: Excel, Pivot Tables, summarizing data sets - not coding, Tableau, Dataiku, SAAS, and SQL

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges

Strong at translating a business need into technical requirement, and vise-versa being able to translate data results into actionable initiatives

Strong interpersonal skills, freely develops networks, builds consensus, prioritizes effectively, and develops alliances across organizations

Direct management and leadership experience – will come in to manage 3x direct reports (2x Directors, 1x Senior Manager)

Must have Industry specific experience in Pharma – must have tolerance levels to navigate larger pharma companies

Ability to work in a collaborative environment – extremely cross functional role – clin dev, finance, legal, mfg, etc. (highly matrixed)

Need to have done deals and be able to evidence this through deal sheets

Proven leader in out partnering and out licensing for R&D funding deals

Be savvy when it comes to financial evaluation

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Track business performance and the effectiveness of marketing programs by country/zone and provide consistent feedback to divisional senior management.

Lead go-to-market, retail and animation asset creation in partnership with product marketing, medical direction and education teams.

8+ years of progressively responsible business experience in an international role working directly with countries.

Experience in both global teams as well as local market suggested.

Medical brand experience a plus. Cosmetic product experience required.

Provide supporting analysis for model results.

Build and document predictive models in accordance with Barclays standards, policies and procedures.

Implement models in Barclays Model Execution Framework (MEF) Python based production environments.

Support model validation and model issue remediation.

Make improvement and updates to the model development code.

Shepherd models through the internal validation process with the Internal Validation Unit (IVU).
