Automotive Inside Sales Manager Jobs in Minnesota

· 5 year’s experience in Sales and/or customer facing position

· Existing Automotive experience a must. Cellular Module experience is a plus

3.Automotive support of NA Team:

· Candidate will be subject matter expert on all things Automotive

Strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills

Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more

Auto Sales Manager/GSM experience is required

Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team

Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock

Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills

Set and lead customer relationship management software (CRM) expectations for the Insides Sales team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field OR 10 years of equivalent experience

3 years’ experience managing and leading a team

Strategically drive activities to develop relationships in accounts that lead to uncovering potential revenue.

Develop methods to increase customer engagement.

Create measurable processes to drive sustained growth.
