Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

BS in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Organize and lead training sessions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).

Effective organization and stakeholder management of Director+

Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial reach out to offer to close.

Leverage your recruiting metrics to inform your activity needs, which you'll interpret and present to hiring managers

Work closely with hiring teams across business and tech defining job descriptions, requirements, and interview processes.

Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, recruiters, and hiring partners to build a transparent interview experience.

Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experiences, and cultural alignment with the organization.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close offers and secure top talent.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

5+ years of Recruiting Experience and 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance

Experience with recruiting for remote positions is a plus

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
