Associate Relations Generalist Jobs

3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or managing workplace investigations.

Excellent communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator, at all levels.

Enthusiasm to provide above-and-beyond customer service in every manager and employee interaction

Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance

Able to build credibility among senior management and peers

Partner with line managers to resolve associate issues such as performance concerns, absenteeism, leave requests and policy enforcement

Provide counseling and coaching to managers and provide guidance related to associate conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination

At least 3-5 years of relevant associate relations/work experience in human resources role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills.

A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

Associate Relations: Assisting HR Manager with developing and implementing effective positive associate relations programs and administration of rewards & recognition.

3+ years progressive human resource generalist experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Labor Relations experience is highly desired.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interact with company management, internal sales force, and institutional investors

2+ years of (analytical) work experience in such fields as finance/accounting and/or engineering.

Knowledge of the technology sector (Hardware, Software, Internet), a plus

Excellent research, writing, communication, and organization skills; candidates must be extremely detail oriented

Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)

Provide primary analytical support for the Senior Analyst covering the space

Prior experience with case management systems helpful.

Manage ER Concerns: Manage and assign concerns to HRBPs and ERBPs based on geography and department;

Manage ER Inbox: Answer general questions that are routed to the ER inbox and work cross-functionally as needed to address issues.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Climate Surveys: Independently conduct Climate Surveys on an as-needed basis and collaborate with ERBPs to support climate survey efforts;

Involuntary Termination and Offboarding: Assist with the involuntary termination and offboarding process, including generating necessary paperwork for same.

Provide support services to managers in managing compliance with policies and processes for HR related activities

3+ years’ experience as HR generalist or related position.

Provide resources to managers and Teammate Resource Leaders for counseling and conflict resolution with Teammates

Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and leadership skills

Strong PC skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office products and Company Specific Tools

Collaborate with HR leaders to develop, maintain and audit core processes from hire to termination

Provide counsel to leadership and management on issues of associate conduct and conflict resolution.

Coordinate and process terminations of staff in collaboration with the Leave and Benefits Administrator.

Act as a subject matter expert on areas of benefits and resources available for associates.

Champion and manage the performance evaluation tools of the affiliate including probationary reviews, annual reviews, and performance improvement plans.
