Associate Program Support Manager Jobs

Manage logistics and provide administrative support for internal team, dialogue facilitator, and Session participants

Track success of and learnings from program’s pilot year and offer recommendations on how to optimize and scale it

Play an active role in the initial and ongoing education of the Support Department by teaching classes, mentoring, and/or writing documentation

Ensure team members meet productivity requirements and Quality Check scores

Has the ability to work 100% remotely, hybrid, or from our University Park office.

Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues

Medical Assistant or LPN educational background (or relevant experience).

Proficiency in Google Suite and project management.

Agility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities while having strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Collaboration skills to work across teams and with stakeholders.

Organizational skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects.

Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud

Works closely with multiple cross-functional teams including development team and marketing systems (including Learning Management Systems)

1 to 2 years of agency experience preferred

3+ years of project management experience or 2+ years experience with delivery of Business Event support, or Customer Care/Tenant Management experience

Outstanding project management skills. Demonstrated understanding of product management methodologies (LEAN, PMI, Agile)

Proven skills in Software Application and/or Case Management

Demonstrated experience within functional areas of HR or Human Capital Management

Prior experience leading technical projects

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Ensure that the IP Management team is aligned with the programs being covered

2+ years’ experience as a product/project/program manager in either creative or entertainment industries
