Strong attention to details and organizational skills

Processing tasks include cleaning and inspecting finished goods before shipment.

Assist in pulling and delivering units that customer quote approved or quote rejected for the correct team inside the Service Center.

The Administrative Processing Team throughput is approx. 200 to 240 orders daily.

Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems

Receive incoming parts from outside suppliers

Count and verify delivery matches packing slip

Compare packing slips to purchase orders

Experience dealing with high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment

Strong driver and customer interaction experience

Knowledge of the transportation industry

Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run schedule

Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needs

Position reports to Senior Manager, Logistics Operations

Ensure all truckload shipments have assigned carriers

Assist with study level inventory management

Partner with the internal study team to gather and document knowledge and guidance regarding the device provisioning process

Knowledge of global logistics is required

Prior device deployment for clinical trials experience is ideal

Solid communication skills both verbal and written

Attend and present on internal meetings

2 years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably within consulting, finance or tech

Experience with SQL is preferred

Tableau experience is a plus

Strong analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, ask the right questions, and summarize your findings

Monitor KPIs and business drivers- highlighting trends and investigating underlying causes of variance

Prepare KPI reports distributed daily, weekly and monthly to the Executive and Senior Teams

Excellent organizational and time management skills

2 years of experience in logistics or a related field

Working knowledge of databases is preferred.

Experience in large-scale event production and working with donors and board members preferred.

2 – 5 years in Supply Chain and Yard Management experience and evidence of exceptional ability

Manage the operations of container yards, container stacking operations, inventory management, and time study analysis

Experience with Drayage and yard operations preferred

Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and other database systems

Manage all International freight IN & freight OUT requests for Componentry & Finished Goods.

Compare multiple freight rates, negotiate where needed and issue approvals based on cost & delivery requirements per shipment.

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new freight partners including cost and contract negotiation.

2+ years’ experience in International shipment scheduling or freight network-related field

Strong communication skills; written, oral and inter-personal

Annual Base Salary Range is $65,000 - $75,000K (based on experience)
