About You

As a Logistics Associate, you are responsible for assisting with the management of Neon's logistics systems. This includes preparing media devices, coordinating the shipment and distribution of packages, inspecting goods and materials, tracking shipments, managing inventory, and communicating with customers and third-party service providers. Additionally, the Logistics Associate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Shipping devices
• Preparing replacement devices
• Preparing various accounts
• Preparing labels for devices and shipping
• Factory resetting returned devices that are reusable
• Technical troubleshooting of Neon and other technology
• Maintaining inventory levels of devices, labels, TVs, CPUs, and shipping supplies
• Preparing hardware, such as Firestick, Chromecast, and NVIDIA devices
• Building out processes for internal sales operations

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Experience with technical troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail

Physical Demands:

• The ability to stand for extended periods of time
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Package:

• Salary: $45K-55K
