Partner with our internal Marketing team to find opportunities to drive career site performance, update content and enhance the candidate experience.

Experience developing creative and innovative strategies for websites, social media, target campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization.

Experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality is preferred.

2 or more years experience working with a marketing recruitment agency

Manager, Recruitment Operations and Employer Branding

Demonstrated understanding and/or experience with the principles in the field of academic community engagement, community-campus

Experience advising and mentoring individual students or cohorts of students

Supervise event planners and/or special events coordinators, and coordinate the supervision of the program’s part-time social worker

Participate in college access and curricular processes as needed

Facility in working both collaboratively and independently as part of a highly productive team
