5-8 years experience in multi-unit restaurant oversight or leadership; or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience developing teams and people through applied coaching and mentoring, along with direct and in-direct supervisory responsibilities

Must possess knowledge of best practices in: Business and management, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Project Management

Must possess advanced knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

An ideal candidate will have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting

Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans

Possession of at least a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management or a related field is required

Work with plant manager and office manager to develop and improve supplier relationships
