Associate Business Intelligence Developer Jobs

Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.

Experience analyzing requirements, deriving work estimates, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Experience with SQL Server Integration (SSIS) and Reporting (SSRS) Services

Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.

Experience troubleshooting database integrity, performance, blocking/deadlocking, connectivity, indexes and data replication issues.

Experience collaborating on database design and performance tuning.

Collaborate with your team members to promote best practices, data knowledge, and workload management.

Administer our reporting environments to solve tasks like user permissions, creating new projects, data refresh, management, and application upgrades.

Design, build and deploy BI solutions

Iterate with the business users to collaboratively build prototypes to nail down the final desired solution.

Perform advanced data analysis using reporting tools like Tableau

Setup Tableau Server in various environments like DEV, TEST, PROD

Manage the escalation and resolution of issues

Functional and or technical certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization

Data Science or Data Analysis related coursework or experience required

Must have 2 years experience in a post-graduation, full-time position. Experience can be from any field.

Applicable government or business consulting experience preferred

1 year of programming experience (Python, SQL, R or similar) preferred

Responds to special assignments and projects as directed by the Reporting Project Manager.

1 year Related experience to include reporting systems/report creation/maintenance/SQL tuning and data extraction/database concepts and query tools/ EPIC Reporting Applications (Required)

EPIC Certifications (Relevant) within 120 Days (Required)

EPIC Certification(s) in Cogito applications within 1 Year (Preferred)

Identify departmental needs and provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues to management as appropriate.

Responsible for the distribution of work assignments for their team as well as workload management within their team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Mathematics, Economics, Health Care, Information Management or Statistics) is required.

Minimum five years of relevant professional experience required in requirements gathering, analysis, design, database development or reporting analysis.

Completes on-going training on-the-job, through courses and self-study to maintain and enhance technical capabilities.

Evaluate and document client needs, including current processes and proposed revisions. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives and formulates strategy.

Knowledge of statistical methods and demonstrated experience applying those methods to analytical reporting

Experience with SQL servers and knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse concepts

General knowledge and experience using technical database softwares

Detail oriented and strong analytical and evaluative skills

Able to prioritize, organize, structure, and manage multiple projects/tasks

SSIS (Sequel Server Integration Services) experience

Possesses knowledge of user relations, data gathering techniques, and management information systems.

Assists in managing dependencies and identifying efficiencies to package project deliverables into viable business capabilities/releases.

Coordinates with Revenue Cycle staff to provide requirements to ensure necessary infrastructure and desktop configurations to run end-user tools.

Remote (Only local to Texas can apply)

Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods.

Considerable knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.

Considerable knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar language.

Tableau Desktop certification is highly Required

Candidate must have a Tableau Desktop certification

Provides project management skills in relation to business intelligence development as it relates to business needs.

One (1) year of Project Management Experience

Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, clinical or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.

Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.

BA in computer science or equivalent technical certification

· Knowledge of Agile Software Development Lifecycle.

· Knowledge of Linux, Git, VMs, Docker, k8s, and Machine Learning tools/libraries/packages.
