POSITION:

Business Intelligence Developer (BID), full-time position located in the Administration South office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

The BID will be responsible for developing new processes and systems as well as maintaining our current BI environment by being proactive in monitoring and fixing failures. Deliver ideas, provide demonstrations, or preview new programs one on one or in group settings. Lead software development, deployment, and maintenance in consultation with cross functional teams in the Association. Interpret business requirements and document them as technical requirements. Work closely with other Business Intelligence team members, providing support and guidance. Responsible for all avenues of SQL Server Development, including data warehouse design, queries, stored procedures and functions, SQL Server Agent Jobs, triggers, and SQL Server Integration Services packages. Develop C# applications using Visual Studio and GIT for version management. Develop and maintain Crystal Reports; other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Integration Services.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a BI environment. Professional certifications along with relevant years of experience will also be considered.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis and Process modeling tools.
• Proficient in Data modeling and Database design.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and practices.
• Proficient in Visual Basic Application (VBA) programing for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Development.
• Computer Science
• A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines or related areas of expertise:

  • Management Information Systems
  • Data Science
• Software Engineering
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications.
• Data Science
• Management Information Systems
• Proficient in SAP Crystal Reports & SAP BusinessObjects.
• Proficient in Visual Studio (2019), Visual Basic.Net, and C# with emphasis in Object Oriented programing.

GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS:

Yosemite Farm Credit offers a competitive benefit package that includes, but is not limited to, outstanding vacation/sick time accrual, health, dental, and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, 401k fixed AND company match, corporate fitness program, performance related compensation, volunteer time off and paid holidays.

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $7,500 (minimum) - $8,600 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval.

WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM:

Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees’ home office.
