Manages the maintenance of instructional materials, including LibGuides, video tutorials and orientations, online workshops, and shared instructional materials

The opportunity to work remotely two (2) days per week.

3-5 years’ experience providing information services in an academic library

Experience developing and providing information literacy workshops and tutorials

Experience assessing library services and/or programming

Direct climate adaptation or resilience-related professional experience.

Experience working with disadvantaged communities.

Strong willingness and patience to share your knowledge with others who may be novice in the field.

An advanced degree is preferred.

An understanding of what systemic changes are needed to enable greater climate resilience.

Comfort in developing a new program without a blueprint.

Good organizational and time management skills

Tier two students identified ( ARC power goals or Bridges math skills)

Proficient computer skills, including Google Apps

Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Provide instruction to small groups in classrooms under the direction of the teacher

English Language Arts ( ELA ) or Math groups for each grade level

Some knowledge of behavioral management as related to an educational environment

B. Experience in applying behavior management in a work setting such as a Teacher's Aid.

D. One year of experience applying behavior management in a work setting.

Consult with teacher and staff members on academic and behavioral planning, management, and evaluation

Experience preparing lesson plans and presenting educational materials to students

Experience working in a group education setting

Knowledge of teacher licensure regulations and requirements in Virginia in comparison to other state regulatory practices.

Comprehensive knowledge of higher education system and proven ability to build relationships between higher education, licensure programs, and school divisions.

Knowledge and skill in research methodologies and assessment and evaluation of school personnel.

Demonstrated ability to establish short-term solutions, long-range planning, project management and risk mitigation strategies.

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a large staff with diverse talents and skill sets.

Extensive knowledge of innovative apprenticeship and residency programs including Grow Your Own and federally approved apprenticeship models.

Identifies specific instructional actions and adjustments to fill students’ knowledge and skill gaps and a timeline to do so

Willingness to learn about or has previous experience with the Summit Learning Platform and can support teachers with this instructional design.

Promotes relationship-centered learning environments that integrate social, emotional, and cognitive skill-building with academic content

Connects teachers with relevant resources to improve their content and pedagogical knowledge; supports teachers to facilitate student mastery

Experience serving in an instructional leadership capacity, such as academic coach, Dean, or Assistant Principal

Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a core content subject

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Analytical skills: ability to read and interpret budget and financial reports

Detail oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and proofreading

Proficiency with latest versions of office-related computer software including word processing, databases, and spreadsheet applications

Ability to work independently and/or harmoniously as a team member

Interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws, code, and established policies

Minimum of five (5) years experience as a public school administrator with experience as an elementary building principal required.

Exemplifies instructional leadership, personal scholarship, a collaborative leadership style, personal integrity, strong interpersonal skills, effective communications skills; and

Master's degree or higher from a recognized, accredited college or university;

Valid Texas administrator's certificate; and

Provide leadership, coaching, and support for elementary principals.

Supervise and evaluate elementary principals.

Must hold or obtain a Florida Professional Certificate in Educational Leadership within three years of hire;

Three to five (3-5) years teaching experience. Experience in instructional coaching and collaboration leadership;

Must work towards a Master’s level Diocesan Catechist Certification within five years of hire.

Effective time management, customer service, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of University policies and procedures, general academic guidelines.

Knowledge of University scheduling procedures.

Technological skills to run financial and academic transactional systems.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Serves as the primary program liaison to faculty.
