What You Will Do

Responsible for achieving L’Oreal for the Future sustainability initiatives on behalf of the Luxe Division from a commercial perspective. Work with internal teams across supply chain, sustainability, marketing, sales, finance and the global division to develop and execute strategies to reduce destructions. Serve as Luxe commercial lead on the ZDP taskforce for remonetization/liquidations and support COE National Accounts to drive retailer joint business planning as it relates to sustainability.

Job Duties And Accountabilities

• Manage and execute global liquidator process in partnership with global partners, sales teams, supply chain and finance
• Drive accountability for a path toward zero destructions across all commercial teams in office and field
• Own process on DIF and drive towards L’Oréal’s goal of zero destructions
• Identify, create and drive L’Oreal No Waste initiatives with retail partners, working both internally and externally to achieve shared sustainability goals
• Help the Luxe Division and L’Oreal USA achieve L’Oreal for the Future goals
• Lead ZDP Liquidations workstream which involves collaboration with many cross functional partners and retail partners to execute new remonetization opportunities
• Manage and execute commercial donation process
• Build and execute go-to-market opportunities for retailer execution opportunities and sales driving activations
• Collaborate with brand teams on additional no-waste topics to ensure we are achieving our goals
• Drive commercial refill strategy in partnership with Brand education and sales leads

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
• Proven ability to influence others
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills
• Ability to effectively present to and persuade an individual or group of people
