Overview The Assistant Director of IT Support Services is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the organization’s IT staff and users. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, as well as providing training and support to users. • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python
• Experience with cloud computing technologies
• Experience with IT security best practices
