In the absence of a degree, 5 plus years of related work experience will be considered

If degreed, 3 - 5 years experience

Strong communication, math, organizational, and analytical skills

2+ years of experience in project engineering or assistant project management in the construction industry

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Gather, verify and log all necessary documentation into project management software; take

Ensure team is uploading daily logs into project management software; assist as needed

Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project schedules

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management

Assist the Project Manager in creating project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks and issues

Manage project installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry

Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents

Manage all project documentation and submittals

Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines

1 - 2 years' of relevant experience

Track purchase orders status and coordinate jobsite deliveries

Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management and/or a construction related field. Relative experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Assist in management of project schedule

Professional verbal, writing, and presentation skills

Read and interpret all construction documents

Initiate and maintain communication with client, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Participate in weekly progress meetings
