8+ years of progressive capital project engineering/management experience within industrial manufacturing environments.

Lead cradle-to-grave execution of large-scale, complex capex projects in compliance with project management processes and company standards.

Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

Manage and oversee activities of internal personnel and external contractors.

Proven experience successfully leading large capex projects ($40MM+)

Provide accountability for cost and schedule controls. Track and report upon progress.

Experienced with navigating change and applying change management skills

Excellent administrative and time management skills and the ability to work independently, seeking support as needed.

Assist the project/program managers in the development and maintenance of project management documents such as roadmaps, risk/issue logs, and project plans

Expert user of Smartsheet for project management activities

Experienced in working with remote team members to maintain engagement and synchronization

Leverage expertise from prior project experience to ensure quality is addressed through all phases of a project

Experience selling capital equipment to physicians (not hospitals).

Experience prospecting to new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques and initiatives.

Generating leads by working your territory through cold-calling strategies; including walk-in business visits, phone calls, client networking, and social media avenues.

College Degree (or equivalent Bachelor’s degree) in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture

Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills including Microsoft Office/Teams

Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously

7+ years of engineering experience

Develop, plan and execute capital projects across the business unit

Lead teams of contractors across multiple projects simultaneously

Oversee cost estimates and plans for potential new projects

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

4+ years of managing capital projects
